Production Worker

General Production Worker

Pay: $16.50/hour (1st Shift)

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ( $16.50/hour ) | Possible OT

Responsibilities

• Assemble garage door sections by installing seals, end caps, windows, and panels.

• Label products accurately and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Read and interpret work orders and production documentation.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Load finished products onto trucks by hand and unload incoming shipments.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

• Transfer, replenish, and organize materials throughout the facility.

• Track inventory and materials using basic Excel functions.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and material discrepancies.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including daily housekeeping tasks.

• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Assist with quality inspections and production support activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
