This role requires a strong foundation in public accounting to manage outsourced accounting functions for multiple clients simultaneously. You will serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing financial reporting and streamlined accounting workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Set up, optimize, and manage cloud accounting systems and integrations.Perform complex bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures.Advise clients on cash flow management, budgeting, and financial KPIs.QualificationsBachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience, with mandatory public accounting or multi-client management experience.Proficiency with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct.Strong communication skills to directly consult and interface with business owners.Compensation and BenefitsSalary up to $100,000 annually based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401k plan with firm match.Generous paid time off and flexible summer hours.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
