Base pay range $32.00/hr - $34.00/hr Direct message the job poster from BrickRed Systems We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our growing team and help deliver compelling, consumer-focused product assortments. This role will manage a portion of the Women’s Sportswear Footwear business. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong retail acumen, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends. Key Responsibilities Plan, assort, and adapt consumer-right product assortments for digital channels. Manage seasonal buying processes and participate in in-season trading to optimize sales. Analyze historical data, market feedback, and sales metrics to inform future strategies. Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, allocation, marketing, finance, operations, and analytics teams. Track performance using key retail metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, and UPT . Present assortment strategies and business updates to team members and stakeholders. Stay ahead of fashion and footwear trends to drive business growth. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in buying or merchandising (footwear experience highly desirable). Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint . Strong decision-making ability with a focus on delivering results. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of retail metrics and consumer trends.
