Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $23 - $23 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Guest Services Attendant:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Direct guests to the appropriate entrances, lines, ticket areas, or event locations

• Organize and maintain orderly guest lines and queues

• Communicate wait times, event procedures, and other relevant information to guests

• Answer basic questions regarding event operations, entrances, exits, restrooms, and designated areas

• Monitor guest flow and help prevent overcrowding in assigned areas

• Assist with opening, closing, or redirecting lines based on attendance and event needs

• Work closely with supervisors, ticket scanners, bag checkers, and other event personnel

• Professionally address guest concerns and escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy or high-volume periods

• Follow all event policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions

• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings throughout the shift

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening) And 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide clear directions and instructions to guests

• Ability to manage lines, crowds, and high-traffic areas effectively

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging guest interactions

• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift

• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions when required

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Background check and drug test required
