Behavioral Health Regulatory and Quality Manager Compensation Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 per year Location Location: Queens, NY Onsite Position Summary As a Behavioral Health Regulatory and Quality Manager, you will support the development, implementation, and oversight of quality programs across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance improvement initiatives, and enhancing patient safety and outcomes. You will collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. Schedule / Shift Shift details: Day Shift Hours per week: 40 Key Duties Support development and management of quality programs and initiatives across behavioral health services Conduct investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) for reportable events in collaboration with Risk Management Monitor regulatory compliance with TJC, OMH, and CMS standards and implement corrective actions Perform audits of medical records, environment of care, and clinical processes to ensure quality and compliance Analyze data, track performance metrics, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Requirements Education Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Nursing, or related field Licenses & Certifications Required: Applicable professional license (as required by discipline) Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations and quality assurance practices Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to lead performance improvement and compliance initiatives Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
