Equipment Painter

Industrial Parts PainterWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Parts Painter to join the paint department at a local manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for painting manufactured parts and equipment inside a paint booth using an air-assisted spray gun. We are looking for someone who has previous industrial or manufacturing paint experience and is comfortable working in the proper respiratory protection throughout the shift.Job DutiesPaint industrial parts and equipment using an air-assisted spray gunWork inside a designated paint boothApply consistent, even coatings while maintaining quality standardsAdjust spray patterns and equipment as needed for proper coverageInspect painted parts for runs, missed areas, uneven coverage, or other imperfectionsPerform basic cleaning and upkeep of spray guns and paint equipmentFollow proper paint mixing, application, and handling proceduresMaintain a clean and organized paint booth and work areaAssist with other paint department duties as neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or equipment painting experience is requiredExperience using an air-assisted spray gun is strongly preferredComfortable working inside a paint boothMust be comfortable wearing a respirator and other required PPEGood attention to detail and ability to produce consistent paint finishesAble to work independently and keep up with production needsDependable attendance and a strong safety mindsetWork EnvironmentThis position works in an industrial manufacturing environment and involves exposure to paint, fumes, dust, and other materials commonly found in a paint department.
