Job Posting 1.0 FTE - Day Shift Starting Pay - $23.18 to $34.77 (based on experience) Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience. Coordinates schedules while adhering to PTO, absence, and other time off policies. Processes time off/change requests based on staffing needs. Coordinates with supervisors to fill open shifts. Fields requests for appointments and other short notice events. Processes seniority and other requests for time off. Processes timecards for bi-weekly payroll. Coordinates schedules for cross training staff. Tracks attendance issues and reports infractions to the supervisor. Prepares training schedules for new hires. Maintenance of the scheduling software system. Other duties as assigned.
