This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced inspection equipment, contribute to high-quality production standards, and build a long-term career with an industry-leading organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager in ensuring product quality and operational excellence.Follow all company policies and procedures, including:cGMP requirementsISO standardsHealth & Safety regulationsContinuous Improvement initiativesStandard work instructionsRead and interpret:Engineering drawingsSpecificationsTechnical manualsTest procedures and inspection documentationPerform inspections and quality testing on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.Analyze test data, complete calculations, and document findings accurately.Review and approve lot documentation while ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Collect and evaluate samples for testing and quality verification.Compare product characteristics such as color, shape, texture, and material quality against established standards and reference samples.Utilize precision measuring equipment, including:CalipersMicrometersGaugesForce gaugesCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)Optical measuring systemsIdentify, document, and communicate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and complete:Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)Rework InstructionsDeviation ReportsAccept, reject, or segregate materials and products based on inspection results.Perform additional duties as assigned.Ideal CandidatePrevious Quality Inspection experience preferredExperience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is a plusStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsComfortable reading technical drawings and specificationsExperience with measuring and inspection equipmentAbility to work a rotating 12-hour scheduleReady to Take the Next Step?Apply today and become part of a team committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.Competitive pay • Multiple locations • New facility opportunities • Long-term career growthJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
