Kubernetes Engineer

Role : Kubernetes Engineer Location : Plano, TX ( ONSITE)
FULL TIME ONLY
Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 5+ years of hands-on platform experience of Kubernetes engineering and development.
- 5+ years of experience in working with hybrid Infra architectures
- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Hands on experience with IaaC such as Terraform.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform, Ansible, CICD using Jenkins/Github Actions.
- Understanding of the entire infrastructure lifecycle - Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
- Hands on experience with GitHub Actions, Artifactory/jfrog, python scripting, EKS
- Required Certifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- Knowledge of Nutanix environment
- Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
- Certification - AWS Certified Solution Architect.
- Experience with Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)
- Work with hybrid Infra architectures - Strong hands-on experience using AWS Services and Kubernetes engineering and development.
- Onboarding applications to Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)
- Understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform, Ansible, CICD using Jenkins/Github Actions.

- Work with engineering teams to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle - Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate
