Cath Lab Tech
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing care and coordinate total patient care by leading interdisciplinary care teams across Intensive Care and Med/Surg units. This role involves floating between units as required, ensuring top-tier patient management in collaboration with physicians.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing care delivery and staff performance.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and direct interdisciplinary care teams effectively.
- Float to various units as required by staffing needs.
Schedule
This position requires a shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additionally, be prepared for Monday night call and rotating every 3rd to 4th weekend call.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- A minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience is required.
- Current licenses and certifications: ARRT, ACLS, and BLS.
- Must provide a skills checklist current within the last year, pertinent to specialty.
- Two supervisory references from the past 12 months of employment.
Assignment Duration
This position is for a contract duration of 13 weeks.
