• Skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
• 2 supervisory references from the past 12 months of employment

Description: Supervises nursing care. In collaboration with the physician, coordinates total patient care for patients. Leads and directs interdisciplinary care teams from Intensive Care level units to Med/Surg level units. Floats from one unit to another as requested. Participates in Monday night call and rotates every 3rd to 4th weekend of call.
