Maintenance TechnicianSeeking a Maintenance Technician for an industrial manufacturing company in Spring Arbor on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with general facility maintenance and operations.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Maintenance Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 25.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 01:30pm to 11:30pm)Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues involving pumps, fuses, and 3-phase electrical systems.Perform routine building maintenance, including:Replacing lighting fixtures and bulbsGeneral cleaning and housekeepingLawn care and grounds maintenanceConduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment.Identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues in a timely manner.Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Utilize basic computer systems for maintenance tracking, documentation, and communication.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Experience troubleshooting pumps, fuses, and 3-phase wiring systems.Basic mechanical skills and understanding of industrial equipment.Experience performing general building maintenance tasks.Basic computer skillsPreferred Requirements:PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experienceWastewater treatment or wastewater systems experienceIndustrial coating processes, including:Powder CoatingE-CoatDip SpinPlatingHydraulic system repair and maintenanceIndustrial plumbing experienceApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
