What You'll Do Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete construction tasks Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals Perform general construction duties across different areas as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Use hand and power tools to assemble and build home components Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Assist in identifying and solving basic production or construction issues Why Work at Ritz-Craft?
