Location: Tampa, Florida | 4 Days Office-Based

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 Base + Commission Per Hire

With two growing brands, Scale With Strive and Runtime Recruiting , and ambitious plans for the future, we're looking for someone to help us attract, hire and develop exceptional people.

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager to join our Tampa office.

This is much more than just a recruitment role.

We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, has creative ideas for showcasing our culture, and gets excited about helping a business grow.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Employer Branding & Social Media

• Help build Strive's reputation as a great place to work.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, showcasing our people, culture, events and achievements.
• Work with our team to capture office content, employee stories, incentive trips and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative campaigns to attract talented individuals to Strive and Runtime.
• Bring fresh ideas to how we position ourselves in the recruitment market.

2. Partnering With Our Hiring Managers

• Work closely with our founders, team managers and leadership team to understand hiring requirements.
• Help define candidate profiles and create engaging job advertisements.
• Manage recruitment priorities across our different teams.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interviews and hiring progress.

3. Recruitment & Candidate Experience

• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing their experience, motivations and potential.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate feedback.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates, even when we're not actively hiring.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

4. Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Ensure new starters feel welcomed, prepared and excited to join the business.
• Work with managers to create structured onboarding plans.
• Help organize team events, employee initiatives and activities that strengthen our culture.
• Gather feedback from new starters to continuously improve their experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're open-minded about your background.

You might currently work in internal talent acquisition, agency recruitment, recruitment marketing or a people-focused role.

What's most important is your personality, initiative and ability to build relationships.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related people-focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in social media, content creation and employer branding.
• Confidence working with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas.
• A genuine interest in helping people and businesses grow.

Experience recruiting salespeople or recruitment consultants would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
