・Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
・Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
・Language: Strong English communication skills required; Japanese preferred
▶︎ What will you do:
・Support clients in driving digital transformation initiatives and improving business processes
・Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution
・Provide consulting services and recommendations on technology-driven solutions
・Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement innovative solutions
・Leverage Microsoft technologies, AI solutions, and data analytics to enhance organizational performance
・Support business development activities and technology-related sales initiatives as needed
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
・Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
・Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
・Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Digital Transformation (DX)
- Consulting
- Project Management
- Technology-driven Sales
- Engineering
- Related technology or business fields
・Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
・Japanese language proficiency
・Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies
・Knowledge of AI solutions and applications
・Experience in data analytics and business intelligence
・Proven involvement in digital transformation initiatives
・Consulting experience in enterprise technology environments
