Japanese IT company is currently looking for a DX Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

This position focuses on digital transformation consulting, data and AI solution delivery, and application development. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify business challenges, develop innovative digital solutions, and deliver value through technology-driven initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

Client Engagement & Strategy Support

• Become familiar with client industries, business models, and digital trends to support solution ideation and development.
• Participate in meetings with client stakeholders and prepare presentation materials and proposals.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Support project managers in tracking progress, documenting outcomes, and coordinating tasks across teams.
• Contribute to successful project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Act as a key driver of client value delivery through digital, data, and AI solutions.

Solution Development

• Analyze client business needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver repeatable digital solutions and consulting offerings.
• Develop proof-of-concept applications, AI solutions, dashboards, and internal tools to enhance service offerings.
• Support solution implementation, testing, user adoption, and change management activities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work with global and cross-functional teams in multilingual and multicultural environments.
• Support innovation initiatives and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and service offerings.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, project management, technology-driven sales, engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to operate effectively in multilingual and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to provide professional services to enterprise clients.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric
• Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Azure (Data & AI, PaaS)
• Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and other enterprise AI platforms
• ServiceNow and CRM solutions
• Databricks, Snowflake, and modern analytics platforms
• DevOps, project management, and IT governance tools

Experience in one or more of the following business domains:

• Employee productivity and collaboration
• IT training and user adoption
• Customer engagement, marketing, sales, and service operations
• Business process optimization and workflow automation
• Innovation management and product/service development

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of Japanese corporate operations and business culture.
• Experience working with hybrid, near-shore, and offshore project teams.
• Japanese language skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with Japanese-affiliated companies in the Americas market is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Language Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills required.
• Japanese language ability preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $100,000
