Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investor Access Specialists to support controlled, high-quality access between qualified investment opportunities and our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Investor Access Specialists operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investor Access Specialists:

• Facilitate access to investors and capital partners for qualified opportunities

• Ensure opportunities are properly positioned before investor introduction

• Coordinate compliant introductions within the private capital network

• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

• Build a verified investor-access track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals trusted by both operators and investors and skilled at managing access, context, and timing.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investor Access Specialists may:

• Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities

• Assess opportunity readiness and investor relevance

• Prepare and share high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and investors

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams

Investor Access Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and experience, Investor Access Specialists may support opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, investor familiarity, and access credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and specialist contribution

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality investor access facilitation

Activation Process

To become an Investor Access Specialist:

1. Submit an application and background details

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin facilitating qualified investor introductions

There is no cold outreach to investors and no blind pitching .
All introductions occur through curated, platform-driven channels.

Compliance Notice

Investor Access Specialists do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to access facilitation and deal introduction and must comply with applicable securities laws.
