Join a team in Glenview, IL that turns complex drawings into flawlessly machined parts. You’ll be the conductor of a small orchestra of CNC machines—balancing setups, program tweaks, inspections, and material flow—so every component meets blueprint expectations and ships on time.

What you’ll own

• Set up, load, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking CNC equipment
• Simultaneously monitor multiple machines to sustain throughput
• Load, adjust, and fine-tune programs to maintain quality and cycle targets
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm tolerances
• Perform in-process quality checks against blueprint specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine concerns and escalate major issues to maintenance or supervisors
• Maintain coolant levels, track tooling wear, and keep machines and work area clean
• Manage material loading/unloading and transfer parts efficiently between machines
• Comply with safety procedures and company quality standards
• Document production runs, inspection results, and any deviations

Who succeeds here

• Experienced CNC Operators or Machinists (preferred)
• Pros who read blueprints/technical drawings with ease
• Inspectors-at-heart familiar with measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Those with a basic grasp of G-code or CNC controls (preferred; not required depending on level)
• Detail-driven multitaskers
• People comfortable standing for long stretches and lifting moderate weights

• CNC Swiss Lathe (Tsugami, Hanwha, Star, Citizen, Yama-Seiki, Nomura, Index, Eurotech, Tornos, Ganesh)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Kitamura, Okuma, Hwachon, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Mikron, Mitsubishi, Matsuura)
