As a Real Estate Coach/Mentor, you will be responsible for shaping the success of real estate agents. You will provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to help agents achieve their goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include coaching agents into production or increasing production through accountabiliity. LGI’s education platform exists for the sole purpose of driving production.
