Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design targeted therapy strategies that guide them toward achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to promote improvements in motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care for each patient
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises to facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Document Progress and Outcomes: Monitor and record clinical developments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for continuous education and professional development opportunities

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
