What You’ll Be Doing Taking inbound refinance application calls from direct mail campaigns and other lead sources Working a high-volume lead flow with AI assistance for missed calls and follow-ups Pulling credit frequently and managing a clean, active pipeline Working within a structured consumer direct model with daily expectations and coaching Compensation & Growth Base production potential starts at $125k+, with top performers at $350k+ 100 bps average on closed volume 30-day ramp incentives for loans put into process Frequent sales contests, bonuses, and performance incentives Clear path to senior roles, leadership, and long-term growth We’ve more than doubled in size over the past year, and strong producers will help shape the next phase of growth.
