Our Sales Representatives Enjoy Solid base salary and uncapped commission Extensive car package (lease/gas/insurance/maintenance) Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Comprehensive 12-week sales training program Mentorship program Annual recognition events Key Responsibilities Generating revenue and meeting sales targets Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business Skills/Qualifications Required Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience B2B or successful completion of an Auto-Chlor sales training program Valid driver’s license High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Preferred 2-3 years new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated. This is a true HUNTER sales role. New business development. 1. st year Base+Commission $80,000-100,000
2. nd year Base+Commission $100,000-$120,000
