Community Manager - Sire Kingwood - Porter, TX

Your role: Our Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership. What you will do: Maintain a high-quality on‑site team through effective coaching, training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling its highest potential. Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develop a marketing plan and sales strategies. Lead daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed expectations and be the best in a competitive market. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the community and competition. Interact with residents with the highest level of customer service. Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe. Inspect grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly. Implement all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies. Read and understand financial reports and budgets of the community. Understand economic occupancy versus vacancy rate and the impact of delinquent rent payments on economic occupancy. Use sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community. Understand key financial terminology. Use financial reports to determine and act upon needs. Use metrics to drive results. What you will bring: Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred. Property lease‑up experience preferred. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying backgrounds. Detail‑oriented with a sense of urgency. Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results, and has a self‑starter mindset.
