Receptionist

IntelliSource is on the lookout for a dedicated receptionist. As a receptionist you'll be onsite, responsible for handling phone calls, emails and more. You must have great attention to detail and strong customer service skills, maintaining a high-level of service and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate..
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Responsible for creating positive experience for employees and visitors
- Tour visitor and executives around facility
- Assist with answering questions and directly people to proper person for assistance
- Escort visitors on and around property
- Must have professional demeanor
- Service oriented, focused on delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, be flexible to handle responsibilities as needed
- Act as the face of the facility, maintain a smile and composure at all times as employees and visitors are entering and exiting facility
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- MS Word, Excel
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and multi-task
- Hear and converse clearly over the telephone
