Fowling Warehouse DFW
Description:
Bartender Expectations: Responsible for providing friendly, engaging, and memorable service to every guest served in a high-volume environment. Must always be a TEAM player. Will need to know the rules and the history of Fowling. Responsible for filling drink orders from servers following all Fowling Warehouse recipes. Take guest food and beverage orders and enter in POS. Secure payment for all bar guest checks and process through POS. Provide bar guest and servers with drink recommendations and beverage suggestions. Follow all TABC guidelines and laws. Keep bar stocked, clean and organized throughout shift. Preform opening and closing duties that are assigned. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Should be able to lift 25 pounds. Required to follow all Fowling Warehouse DFW policies and procedures. Have TABC and Food Handlers certification.
