Human Data Manager, New Grad

Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by turning real-world expertise into accurate, high-quality human data. You will own data operations and workflow improvements that support how AI models learn, reason, and perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and inform decisions.
- Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and present recommendations that increase efficiency.
- Partner across functions to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks for key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor''s or Master''s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and demonstrated experience with data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and an interest in improving efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights in writing and verbally.
- Strong project management, data operations, quality analysis, and human data skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work effectively under pressure, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and close attention to detail in data quality and validation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering or another technical field with an operational focus or experience with human data projects.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, or programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI or machine learning, or process optimization.
Work Terms
- Full-time, remote role.

Compensation
- $60 to $130 per hour.
