Human Data Manager

Help train next-generation AI systems by designing and running high-quality human data workflows. This role turns your domain knowledge into accurate annotations, reliable datasets, and operational improvements that directly shape how models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required; recent graduates with applicable technical or domain expertise are encouraged to apply.

• Design, build, and manage robust data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to optimize operational performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyze datasets to surface actionable insights and present recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that track key metrics and measure workflow improvements.
• Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, preserve data integrity, and uphold quality standards.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and apply a proactive, hands-on approach to solve them.

• Recent Bachelors or Masters graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Required skills: Project Management, Data Operations, Quality Assurance for human data workflows, and familiarity with human data practices.
• Technical aptitude with experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively, in writing and verbally.
• Comfort working under pressure, a strong drive to learn, and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in managing data quality and validation, and strong collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in engineering or other technical fields with an operational focus or prior human data project experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, or programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI or machine learning, or process optimization.

Pay range: $60 - $130 per hour.

This role is being hired in parallel across multiple regions to meet coverage and time-zone needs and for compliance reasons. Responsibilities and expectations are identical across regions, however employment terms and hiring processes may vary by region. Recent graduates who meet the listed academic and skill requirements are eligible to apply. No prior AI industry experience is required.
