Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish tailored treatment plans that are effective and personalized.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individualized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups to foster community connection and provide education on common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care for patients, addressing both psychological and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, delivering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and engage in continuous professional development through workshops and conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with common mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, as well as more complex conditions like bipolar disorder and substance abuse. By understanding the unique experiences of each patient, you will tailor interventions to meet their distinct needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• A solid foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Familiarity with delivering therapy to diverse populations and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling and therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
