Customer Service Representative



 

• Contract Role -6 Months
• Pay Rate up to $28 an hour if they have experience in a 

Location: Full-Time 8-5p some flex in the times if needed
Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service Rep   to manage customer orders, build strong client relationships, and ensure products are delivered on time. The portfolio ranges between 40-60 assigned customer accounts and manages sales order processing duties.
What You'll Do

• Manage orders for a portfolio of national customer accounts.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Respond to customer questions, order changes, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory and help reserve stock for customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP and customer management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience with retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially  Excel and  Outlook .
• ERP experience (Epicor is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
