About us

Weins Development Group is a Denver real estate company founded in 2002. We develop, own, and manage our own buildings: apartments, offices, and mixed-use. We don’t outsource management; we run our properties ourselves.

The role

Lease up Pitch Lofts, our brand-new 75-unit apartment community, and keep our existing buildings full. You own leads, tours, leases, and renewals. You report directly to the CEO.

What you’ll do

• Respond to leads same day, give tours, process applications, and sign leases
• Manage listings, photos, and pricing in AppFolio and marketing channels
• Run renewals and retention across the portfolio
• Coordinate turns with operations so units don’t sit
• Report weekly on leads, conversions, occupancy, and renewals

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of multifamily leasing with at least one lease-up
• Comfortable with AppFolio or similar
• Fast follow-up, organized, closes deals
• Colorado real estate license preferred, or willing to get one
• English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
• Commission: $200 per new lease and $150 per renewal. Uncapped. Paid after move-in.
• Pitch Lofts lease-up bonuses, $20,000 total:
• $5,000 at 20 units leased by May 2027
• $5,000 at 40 units leased by August 2027
• $5,000 at 60 units leased by November 2027
• $5,000 if 95% occupancy is maintained through April 2028
• Realistic total earnings: $95,000–$110,000 in the lease-up year
• Discounted apartment in one of our buildings
• License fees and continuing education paid
• Phone allowance

• Growth path to Property Manager

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday, full-time, on-site in Denver.
