Leasing Consultant Position at Woodspear Properties

Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Denver, Colorado!

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time position requires strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently under the direction of the Property Manager.

Work Schedule

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Sunday & Monday: Off

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Pre-qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and effectively promote apartment homes and community amenities.
• Follow up with prospective residents to generate leases and achieve occupancy goals.
• Process rental applications, including verification of income, rental history, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare, review, and explain lease agreements and related documents.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records using property management software.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate effectively with the maintenance team.
• Assist with resident communications, notices, and daily property operations.
• Support the Property Manager with administrative responsibilities and additional duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 – $24.00, based on experience, plus leasing commissions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 1–2 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Must successfully complete required background and drug screenings.
