Trauma-Informed Shelter Support Specialist

Safe Harbor in Greenville is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to provide trauma-informed support and promote structured, communal living within the shelter environment. You will carry a client caseload, document interactions, and collaborate with the Shelter Operations team to maintain a safe, welcoming space.
The role emphasizes timely reporting, de-escalation in distress, and participation in trainings to strengthen trauma-informed practices and shelter operations knowledge.
