Dual Hotel General Manager

Hotel General ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of high-performing limited-service hotels. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel sales, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development. Candidates with exposure to food & beverage operations will be highly valued.The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving top-line revenue, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day hotel operations for 2 properties, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyDrive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, local business development, and community engagementDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPARManage hotel budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and P&L accountabilityRecruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and team membersMaintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and proceduresOversee food & beverage operations, ensuring quality, profitability, and guest satisfactionMonitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiativesBuild relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and community partnersEnsure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirementsQualifications3+ years of Hotel General Manager experience, preferred Dual-GM experienceStrong hotel sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growthExperience with limited-service, select-service, or focused-service hotel operationsExposure to food & beverage operations, including budgeting, service standards, and cost controlsStrong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and forecastingExcellent leadership, communication, and team-building skillsExperience with major hotel brands preferredProficiency with hotel PMS systems and revenue management toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offCareer advancement opportunities with a growing hospitality organization
