Senior Associate Pricing Strategy As a Senior Associate Pricing Strategy, you will develop fee policy recommendations and support business cases for related fee decisions, while maintaining the existing fee guidelines. You will serve as the subject‑matter expert on global investment management fees, educate clients, prospects and internal teams on fees, expenses and share classes, and conduct benchmarking to monitor the competitiveness of Capital Group investment management fee and expense levels. Responsibilities Develop and recommend fee policy changes and business cases. Maintain and update existing fee guidelines. Educate internal stakeholders and external clients about fee structures and expenses. Conduct extensive benchmarking of competition in fee and expense levels. Automate and standardize analysis and presentation materials where possible. Analyze complex data, create summary materials, and present findings to key stakeholders. Identify, assess, respond to, and escalates risks or potential risks encountered through day‑to‑day activities. Plan and manage time effectively while adapting to changing business needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to meet shared objectives. Communicate effectively through multiple modes to convey complex information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.). 3‑7 years of analytical work experience, ideally in the financial services industry, a consulting firm or a large accounting firm. Knowledge of investment management fees and pricing, including vehicle structures, third‑party costs, regulatory environment and competitive landscape. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas). Power BI experience. Strong analytical, intellectual curiosity and ability to handle complex data and information. Meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous approach to deliverables. Strong planning and time‑management skills, with flexibility to adapt. Excellent collaboration and partnership‑building skills across teams. Effective communication skills across multiple audiences. Benefits Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909–$201,454.
