Benefits Administration Specialist

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Benefits Administrator to deliver comprehensive benefit administration for multiple clients. You will manage enrollment, COBRA/HIPAA compliance, Open Enrollment, and respond to employee questions. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Business Admin or HR, 3+ years in benefits, knowledge of BeneTrac or ADP, and strong communication and computer skills.
