Project Coordinator

The Position We are looking for a teammate who: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in ensuring project milestones are met and operations run smoothly. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, assisting with procurement, and helping maintain project schedules and documentation. This teammate will: Partnering with the Project Manager to support project goals and workflow Attending operations meetings to stay aligned on objectives Assisting with estimates, budgets, and change orders Coordinating with project leads, vendors, GCs, and PMs to maintain schedules and efficiency Supporting material procurement and project needs Tracking project progress and reporting findings to the Project Manager Reviewing submittals and flagging specification discrepancies Coordinating vendor warranties and documentation Competitive Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour BOE Great Benefits: 401(k) matching Health, Vision and Dental Insurance with company contribution towards employee and all family members Short/Long-term Disability Life insurance Paid Holidays Paid Training & Professional Development Referral program IRC’s Culture We are committed to working toward a shared goal, with our employees as our top priority.
