Plumbing Project Manager

Central Mechanical Wichita (CMW) is looking for a motivated Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Prepare submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. Track material orders and equipment deliveries. Assist with scheduling and project planning. Monitor project costs and budgets. Attend project meetings and job site visits. Support Superintendents and Foremen to help projects stay on schedule. Qualifications Extensive commercial plumbing experience or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be familiar with local/state plumbing codes; licensed Journeyman preferred Technical experience with Fast Duct/Fast Pipe preferred.
