What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Closer, you'll take ownership of the customer experience from the initial consultation through the close.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.

• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand their roofing needs, concerns, and project goals.

• Conduct professional consultations and present roofing solutions.

• Explain products, services, pricing, and project options clearly.

• Address customer questions and objections with confidence.

• Recommend solutions based on each homeowner's needs.

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and secure signed agreements.

• Follow up with prospects as needed to move opportunities forward.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Work closely with the sales team to share customer insights and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in consultative sales, in-home sales, or closing.

• A professional and respectful approach when working in customers' homes.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, HVAC, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation for traveling to customer appointments.

• Mobile device with cellular data.

• Comfortable conducting consultations in customers' homes.

• Comfortable with the physical demands associated with visiting residential properties.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for motivated sales professionals.

Top performers can earn approximately $120,000–$250,000 annually , based on individual sales performance.
