We are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager
What you will bring:
- Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- Customer service or customer success position strongly preferred.
- Promoting value through customer experience.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and teams.
- Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of services/resources, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
