We are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager

What you will bring:

Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
Customer service or customer success position strongly preferred.
Promoting value through customer experience.
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Accountability and personal organization are essential.
Complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and teams.
Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task.
Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of services/resources, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
