Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Operations department supporting strategic account management and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive initiative, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $33-43/hr. on W2 (No C2C)

Job Type: 6-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (EST)

What's the Job?

• Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard processes to ensure consistent internal communications and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Gather and analyze current process views used by strategic accounts for internal and external discussions, prioritizing areas where standardization and analytics can add value.
• Support strategic account leaders in implementing and enhancing standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development for better decision-making.
• Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, follow-up, and communication to ensure project execution and success.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in science or business; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or related fields.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and functions.
