Experience with mold remediation, water damage restoration, or environmental cleanup is preferred but not required. This role offers a clear path to departmental leadership within 2–3 years, managing projects, leading a team, and working directly with customers, with mentorship provided. We look for a proactive problem-solver with high standards, a strong work ethic, and a passion for safety, training, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform microbial remediation services, including mold cleanup, containment setup, demolition, and sanitization. Supervise and train field technicians on proper remediation techniques, safety standards, and SERVPRO procedures. Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage jobsite safety and inventory of supplies and PPE. Assist in estimating jobs and developing scopes of work. Participate in leadership development and planning for growth. Qualifications: Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in mold remediation, restoration, or related services. IICRC AMRT or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-6 months). Strong leadership potential with ability to lead teams and solve problems. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE, and work in confined or high-humidity environments. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
