Select and prepare high-quality ingredients for toppings to enhance flavor and presentation. Assemble pizzas efficiently and in accordance with our menu and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area. Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizza results. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry preferred. Strong knowledge of different types of pizza, crusts, and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive kitchen atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
