What You'll Own Develop and execute a territory growth strategy Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and end users Identify and win new project opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships Drive specification activity and increase market share across key commercial construction segments Conduct product presentations, customer training, and jobsite visits Partner closely with manufacturer partners to execute sales initiatives and maximize territory performance Represent industry-leading product lines at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations Ideal Background Bachelor's degree preferred Proven success in outside sales within commercial building products, construction products, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, architectural products, or related industries Experience selling through distribution and influencing contractors, architects, engineers, and owners Strong business development and relationship-building skills Why This Opportunity?
