Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a Customer Service Representative position for a Manufacturing company in Manchester, TN. This is a Direct Hire job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using ATS systems and recruiting tools such as Avionté BOLD, Indeed, email, phone, and text messaging platforms

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and job alignment

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and communicate job offers

• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and ongoing relationship building

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand job requirements and staffing needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Compensation (USD):

$18.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift

Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills

• Experience with ATS platforms, social media, and online job boards (tech savvy required)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with attention to detail

• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and ethical conduct

• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and meet performance metrics

• Strong organizational, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
