EON Applications, a leader in Business Solution Software is looking to expand its development team for our Recruiting and Applicant Tracking software unit.
We are currently searching for an Office Assistant. We would like to find an individual with great interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Our company is fast-growing, and always changing. We need a person that is flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the company and our customers.
Requirements are:
- Must be very comfortable with technology, including computers, tablets, smartphones.
- Must be comfortable with social media for company marketing requirements.
- Must have good organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong skill levels with Office365/Outlook.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment and at a fast pace.
- Must be able to meet required deadlines on projects and requests.
- Pleasant, positive attitude toward customers AND other company employees.
- Professional attire and attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple channels of communications (phone, email, chat), and funnel/escalate them to the correct department/person.
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
- Perform follow-up with customers on service needs, etc.
- Oversee and help maintain travel schedules for sales and management team.
- Ability to take detailed notes during staff meetings, as well as vendor meetings.
- Ability to organize and participate with vendor meetings.
- Ability to manage small projects (sales events, meetings, trade shows.)
- Creating new documents or presentations in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
- Assist with projects, as needed, and requested from management.
- Proof read and write social media posts.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position as office administration, customer service, receptionist, etc.
