Description: The Sterile Processing Tech will work three 12-hour night shifts. Shifts are scheduled from 7 PM to 7:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Holiday rotation is required. The clinician may be required to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Experience in handling neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, orthopedic, transplant, and GYN cases is preferred. Candidates must have certification in either CBSPD or HSPA. Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for time off must be provided at the time of submission. The facility has the right to call off one shift every two weeks. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Hurricane season runs from June through November, with peak activity occurring in August and September. Prioritize candidates with relevant experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility.
