Quality improvement across CLABSI/CAUTI reduction, falls and pressure‑injury prevention, sepsis bundles, and evidence‑based practice. Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners—including physicians, APPs, pharmacy, PT/OT, respiratory therapy, case management, and social work—to drive results while maintaining compassionate care.
