Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Department RN responsible for delivering emergency care within a busy hospital setting, managing patient flow, and ensuring quality treatment.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) certification, a relevant degree, and flexibility to work day shifts. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: All shifts are variable. The unit has a team-oriented environment with staff flexing based on volume and arrival patterns. The department uses Meditech electronic medical records system. The position requires a hard-working, critical thinker who is outgoing and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. The role involves working four weekend shifts per schedule, with optional on-call duties.
