Job description:

We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with one of our trusted clients in Passaic, New Jersey.

This role is ideal for a technician with 3+ years of hands-on field experience who can independently manage service calls, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and mechanical systems
• Perform field service and maintenance calls
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Maintain tools and service vehicle

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC field experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in commercial HVAC is a plus
