About The Role:
Jim Rollo State Farm is looking for a friendly, outgoing Marketing Liaison / Brand Ambassador to represent our agency at community events across the Greater Binghamton area. From non-profit fundraisers to local traditions such as Spiedie Fest and the Dick's Sporting Goods Open, you will help organize our event calendar, manage event details, and represent our agency with warmth and energy.

This is a people role, not a sales role. You will not sell or discuss insurance products. Questions about
insurance will be referred to a licensed member of the office team.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a calendar of non-profit events, festivals, tournaments, and other community gatherings.
• Coordinate registrations, booth setup and teardown, event materials, and giveaways.
• Attend events as the face of Jim Rollo State Farm, greet visitors, and share our commitment to the community.
• Collect contact information from people who request a quote follow-up, then route it to the office team.
• Share event photos and brief recaps with the office.
• Build positive relationships with organizers and community partners.

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing, warm, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. 
• Reliable and organized, with strong follow-through on event details.
• Familiarity with the Greater Binghamton community is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
• Availability for evenings and weekends during the spring-to-fall event season.
